If the air temperature is below freezing in the dome the material will become less flexible and is more susceptible to the wind damage. ……Or below freezing air passing through the pressure switch can cause the switch to freeze up either in the “on” position or the “off” position. Freezing in the “on” position will cause over inflation. Resulting in possible seam separation. Freezing in the “off” position results in under inflation which can again result in damage in windy conditions.
