Framework/Fittings Limited Warranty
The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The framework fittings must be properly installed, and utilized for the purpose for which they were intended. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wind, snow, normal wear & tear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. If there is a defect, Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the framework free of charge provided the customer prepays freight to and from the factory. The warranty period for our framework system fittings are pro-rated 5 Years from the date of purchase.

Vinyl, Screening or Solid Vinyl Skin Warranty
The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The screen cover must be properly installed and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. Screen walls must be in place at all times. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wind, snow, normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. If there is a defect, Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the covering(s) free of charge provided the customer prepays freight to and from the factory. The warranty period for our screen covers is pro-rated 3 years from the date of purchase.

Cleaning Instructions:
- Brush with a soft bristle broom to remove excess dust.
- Prepare a cleaning solution using 1 tbsp. liquid dish detergent and 2 tbsp. household bleach mixed in a gallon of water. Clean fabric using sponge or soft cloth dipped in solution.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry.
- Avoid direct contact with suntan oils or similar lotions, which may cause accelerated aging of the fabric. If direct contact occurs, clean promptly.
- Regular maintenence of your PHIFERTEX fabric will ensure extended life of the product. We recommend cleaning once or twice yearly.
