2. The Airlock assembly video is located at: http://www.websweeper.com/airlock.mov
3. Remove the protective covers from the end of the pivoting poles and the upper triangular aluminum Braces.
4. Position Airlock so doors swing towards the pool.
5. Your airlock entry comes with two keys. Should you need a replacement, please let us know.
6. Airlocks may be installed in one of three positions :
a. Half in the dome and half out of the dome. (4' in & 4' out)b. Completely within the dome. (8' in the dome)
c. Completely outside the dome. (8' out of the dome)
Note: Airlock is shipped ready to be installed in position "a" listed above. If one of the alternate installation positions is needed, remove white plastic retaining strip from the center arch and place it on the appropriate Arch. Feel free to request an additional retaining strip to keep vinyl secured on center arch. There is no need to delay installation as the Airlock will work fine until your additional strip arrives.
8. If needed, adjust the roller on the door closest to the water so the door will close properly.
9. To attach the shroud of the dome to the Airlock, center the shroud on the top of the Airlock. Locate the "Bead" that is attached to the perimeter of the shroud. Press this "Bead" into the white plastic retaining strip. (note: The white plastic retaining strip is properly positioned on the Airlock if the open part of the channel is facing the water.) The white "T" lock ( approx. 212") is used to secure the dome shroud to the white plastic retaining strip on the airlock. Center it on top of the Airlock ans press it into the white plastic retaining strip after the bead is inserted. It's a tight squeeze, so a pair of channel locks or pliers can be used to lock it into place.
