Sid C.	Topic: Additional Anchors? - Posted: 2 Sep 2007 08:06 Received the pool cover on Monday. Yesterday I treked down to White Hall (about 57 miles from my residence), and performed the installation. It almost looks as good as the picture - I'm sure I probably did something wrong. Everything worked well AFTER I located a Hammer Drill. I had never heard of such before - I had my electric drill and a concrete bit. After an about an hour of drilling, burning my finger on the hot bit, and a lot of frustration, I got a hole about 1/2 inch deep. There had to be a better way. Got hold of an equipment rental and they had a hammer drill and, walloh, nothing to it. However, I did misdrill a hole and didn't realize it until AFTER I had secured the brass connector in the hole. As a consequence, I came up short one brass connector. Could you provide me the cost of a connector or information where I may obtain one? Otherwise, everything went well and Betty is quite pleased with the overall outcome. Have a great day and GOD bless.

I really appreciate your thoughtfulness in providing such. All is well and Betty is enjoying having her pool covered. It takes her mind off all the labor and work she used to have to do - and she doesn't even swim. Thanks form making this buying experience a good one.
