Tank Liner Warranty

	5 Year Limited Warranty We warranty that Ameri-Brand Potable Tank Liners shall be free from seam separation, defects in materials, and defects in workmanship for a period of five years from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover tears, punctures, or other damage resulting installing the liner in used tank, cister, or other storage container. These limitations include, but are not limited to, damage from rough surfaces, jagged edges, rust, rivets, nails, and other protruding objects. Warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The liner must be properly installed, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. The warranty is void if the tank liner has been damaged due to improper installation or if the liner has been subject to misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse or accident. Our tank liners are designed to store potable water. Using the liner to hold substances other than potable water voids the warranty. These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Note: These numerous stipulations are due to the nature of taking a broken, leaky, or rusted-out tank and converting to a vinyl liner system. A sloppy installation can quickly ruin a liner and void the warranty, but a properly installed tank liner can easily provide 7-10 years of quality water storage. If there is a defect, Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the Tank Liner FREE OF CHARGE, providing the defect falls within the terms of the warranty and the customer prepays freight to and from the factory.
