know the saying all to well. A picture says
a thousand words. It's very true. To get an
exact or at least an accurate estimate on your product, or project
we encourage you to send us pictures. For us to give you our best recommendations,
pictures are an extremely efficient means
of communication. The picture(s) or drawings
you provide are extremely helpful. By using them, you can potentially
save yourself (and us) many hours of time
and help eliminate the chance of any potential misunderstandings or mistakes.

| We use customer
provided digital photos on a daily basis to help our customers design products
for their specific needs. By using them, it's like us being there to look
at your project in person. They also allow
us to ask you the right questions if we see
something that needs clarification or extra attention. Many of our customers
send us photos to be used on our website, and we appreciate them.

You picture files can be sent as an attachment. Please
keep the size of the files down to 100K or less per file.
In most cases a couple of pictures or a few will do just fine. The server
is set to reject large files, so sometimes it might be necessary to send
a few photos in separate emails.

| When faxing
your drawings, the # is 530-589-2510.
(please don't fax photos as they just come out black on this side) If you
don't have a fax machine, most office supply, copy, and mailbox type stores
have them for customer use for a couple of dollars.
