Only payments of $25 or more are paid to you during a monthly pay cycle.  Amounts of
less than $25 are accrued to your account  for the next month(s) payment cycle.

All payments are made via PayPal or Check via regular postal mail.

After you place the code we provide on your web-site, you will receive an email confirm-
ation each time a sale is made through your link. Feel free to place as many links on your
site as you want.

Ameri-Brand reserves the right to terminate the service with you at any time without prior notice. All payments accrued to your benefit up to that time would be made out to you on the normal payment schedule described above.

We do not make payments to destinations outside the continental United States.

Ameri-Brand reserves the right to amend any  pay-per- sale commission(s) that might be doubtful in nature or amend the program based on its own marketing goals.  The affiliate would be notified of the reason for such an act, if one is to occur.

After you sign up, your site will be visited within 2 hours during normal business hours
(Mon-Fri 8AM to 5PM) and reviewed for content. Should we determine that the content of your site is not consistant with our business philosophy, (Adult sites are not permitted) your account  would be cancelled and you would be notified.
