Pool-Krete Pre-mixed Vermiculite

Pool-Krete Pre-Mix Is the preferred brand of vermiculite and portland cement blend with special additives to aid in mixing, placing and trowling. Pool-Krete is packaged in a bag of approx. 2 cubic feet and then placed into a box for shipping. It only requires the addition of water at the jobsite. Repairing your vermiculite pool base just does not get any easier than this! Mixes quickly and easily in a 5 gallon bucket. Simply mix to the consistancy of a milk shake and either pour or scoop into the area that needs to be repaired. Use a "Bull Nosed" trowel to smooth into place. Pool-Crete Dries quickly to form a firm pool base. Not happy with the results? Not a problem, simply wet with a hose and give it another try!

Foundations of sand/cement can quickly wear out the liner of your pool. Every step is like taking sandpaper to the underside of your liner. But not with Pool-Krete. Pool-Krete's nonabrasive formula can add years to the life of your liner.

More Attractive:
A Pool-Krete vinyl lined pool is more attractive than those utilizing sand/cement as it's foundation. With sand you can get unsightly heel or footprints as your weight displaces the soft base below. And with either sand or sand/cement, you can get discoloration as the iron in the sand rusts and bleeds through pinholes worn in the liner.

Less Maintenance:
A vinyl lined pool with a Pool-Krete foundation is also easier and less expensive to maintain than those with other foundations. Even routine brushing or vacuming takes a toll on the liner. But thanks to Pool-Krete's non-abrasive formula, worry free and hassle-free normal pool maintenence is a snap and there's less stress on the liner!

Ordering Vermiculite:

The vermiculite itself is not an expensive product. We charge $19.95 Per Box. A box of pre-mix contains approx. 2 cubic feet of mixture and will cover roughly 14 feet² @ 1-1/2" deep. The boxes are pretty heavy (right at 45 Pounds each) and the Shipping is $31.00 Per Box via UPS, DHL, or other similar carriers. That's a delivered price of $50.95 per box.

NOTE: (We have shopped alternative shipping methods and received quotes from common carriers to ship pallot quantities of vermiculite. In many cases it's more expensive that the $31.00 per box.) This product ships within 3 business days from date of order. Please do not ask for expedited shipping unless you're willing to refinance your house for the faster service! ;-)
