The Ameri-Brand Pool / Room Enclosure

Aluma-Room Measuring

The Ameri-Brand Room Enclosures are designed generally to be installed on a concrete slab or wooden deck. They can be set on a soil surface if a concrete footing is poured for the perimeter to
anchor to.

The standard enclosure design is rectangular in shape with four 90 degree corners. The roof systems have an approximate 20 degree
angle which equates out to about a 7.5 pitch. Rooms are available in various widths from 16' to 28'. The length of our enclosures is set in 10' increments, beginning at a 20' minimum length. We can tailor make sizes other than in 10' increments. Example: We can and do make sizes such as 48' long.

If you're ordering a unit to go over a pool, try to allow about 36" from the inside enclosure walls to the pool waters edge. This will allow you adequate room for using a skimmer pole (you probably will not need it anymore) and vacuuming. It also provides a means of exiting the water at any location within the room if there is a need. Also take into consideration items such as steps, ladders, diving boards, slides, etc..

If possible allow enough room for patio furniture if you desire. You'll end up spending alot of time in this room!

Observe if there are any protrusions from your home or yard that would come in conflict with your New Room Enclosure. Do not plan on placing a wall any closer than 6" to the edge of your patio. This prevents the "blowing out" of the concrete edge when drilling the
holes for the post pedestals.
