	FULL 5 Year Limited Warranty Terms are as as follows: 5 Year Warranty on the workmanship of all of our Premier Series Spa Covers. We warrant the Spa Cover is free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The Spa Cover must be properly installed, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. 1 year Warranty on the Foam materials in all of our Premier Series Spa Covers. We warrant the Spa Cover foam is free from defects in manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, or conditions for which the Spa Cover is not intended. The Spa Cover must be properly installed, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. If there is a defect, Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the Spa Cover FREE of CHARGE, provided the customer prepays freight to and from the factory. The warranty is void if the cover has been damaged due to improper installation or if the cover has been subject to misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse or accident. These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Should you need to exercise your warranty, please enclose a note describing the defect and be sure to include your full name, address, and telephone number inside the package.
