	5 Year Limited Warranty Warranty Schedule is as follows: Clear Top Cap: First 3 Years: Full warranty Years 4 & 5: 50% Coverage Clear Wall System: First 3 Years: Full Warranty Years 4 & 5: 50% Coverage Screen Wall System: First 4 Years: Full Warranty Year 5: 50% Coverage Frame & Fittings: First 5 Years: Full Warranty Zippered Entrys: First 3 Years: Full Warranty We warrant the Ameri-Patio and Spa Enclosure shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, in accordance with the time schedule above. This warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The enclosure must be properly installed, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. If there is a defect, Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the Spa Cover FREE of CHARGE, providing the defect falls within the time schedule above and the customer prepays freight to and from the factory. The warranty is void if the enclosure has been damaged due to improper installation or if the enclosure has been subject to misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse or accident. These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
