Liner Measuring Step 1
Measuring perimeter dimensions for non-standard shaped
pools
You will need a copy of this FORM.

Using diagram "A" as an example, with chalk, mark
the curves or radius
of the pool at 2' increments. Marks should be on the edge
of the coping or
deck as close to the water as possible. Where the pool wall
runs in a straight
line, there is no need to mark every 2'.

Number the "points" beginning at the bottom left
hand corner
of your diagram and work clockwise.

Using diagram "C" as an example, Establish "A"
and "B" reference points
parallel to a straight run of the pool. The "A"
& "B" points should be 20'
apart from eachother and a distance of 5'
from the edge of the pool.

Here's where you will need the FORM.
Measure from "A" to
#1, 2, 3, etc. and log each result on the form.

Next, measure from "B" to #1, 2, 3, etc. and log
each result on the form.
We use these numbers to plot out the perimeter shape of your
pool.
