YMCA Pool Dome Project

Our History
We began working on internet projects in 1996. The opportunity to reach customers directly through a single, affordable medium appealed to us: specialty products could reach people who might otherwise struggle to find them locally.
From an online retail operation working in limited quarters, we grew into a business with our own offices and manufacturing facilities in Oroville, California. We built that growth by reinvesting profits in the business.

- Ameri-Brand Products Inc. incorporated on January 1, 2003.
During that growth, we completed tens of thousands of separate online sales transactions. Companies in our industries approached us about buying our business, selling their businesses to us, and carrying our products in national catalogs. Those relationships encouraged us to keep developing our specialty-product business.
We remain a privately held corporation. Our goal is to combine the reach of an online store with direct access to the people who know the products and can help you use them.
Product Knowledge You Can Use
When you call or email us, your questions are handled by full-time, in-house staff. Each staff member specializes in just two to four products, developing detailed knowledge of those products to help you make an informed decision.
That focus matters when you are comparing materials, identifying an older product, replacing a custom cover, or working out the information needed for a new order. Our daily conversations with customers also help us understand what works in practice and where more guidance is needed. We encourage you to take advantage of that knowledge before ordering.

Products Developed From Customer Needs
Direct contact with the people using our products is part of how we develop new ones. Customers tell us about the problems they need to solve, the features they wish were available, and the items they cannot find elsewhere.
When enough customers ask for a solution that is not available, our own production facilities give us a way to develop it. Many of our new products have come from those conversations. Listening to customers helps us improve existing products as well as create new ones.
