To repair a hole, you will need to cut a piece of vinyl patch material
at least 1 inch larger than the hole on all sides, rounding the corners.
You will first need to clean the area and make sure there aren't any rough
edges on the liner. Next, you will want to apply an even coat of
glue on the patch and an equal amount on the liner. There is a brush attached
to the underside of the lid on the glue can for easy application.
You will need to wait 3 to 5 minutes after coating the patch and the liner
or until glue on the patch is tacky. Then, position the patch over
the hole and hold it in place for a couple of minutes. If the hole
is under water, you may need to wear a pair of goggles to do the repair
