Please Note: When comparing warranties on a product that involves assembly by sewing, look closely at what is offered. Some companies will warranty the fabric for a specific period of time and the assembly (or sewing itself) for a much shorter time. There is much less value to the product if the sewing warranty (quality of assembly) doesn't match the fabric warranty. That is why we offer a FULL WARRANTY on all our Boat Covers & Bimini Tops!

Full-term cover protection. The selected fabric, labor, and cover construction are covered for the full warranty term.

Warranties on Workmanship and Materials

The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, oxidization of water repellant, or stains from environmental pollution. The boat cover must be properly secured, cared for & maintained, and stored for the warranty to remain in effect.

If there is a defect, Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the boat cover FREE of CHARGE, provided the customer prepays freight to and from the factory.

Our Warranty Options

10 Years

The warranty period for Boat Covers Made with Acrylic Sunbrella fabric is: 10 full years on the labor, fabric, and construction. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

7 Years

The warranty period for Boat Covers Made with Sun-DURA Marine Polyester fabric is: 7 full years on the labor, fabric, and construction. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
