Official Warranty Details
The materials and
workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, oxidization of
water repellant, or stains from environmental pollution. The boat cover
must be properly secured, cared for & maintained, and stored for
the warranty to remain in effect. In addition, the boat cover must be utilized
for the purpose for which it was intended.
If there is a defect,
Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the boat cover
FREE OF CHARGE, provided the customer prepays
freight to and from our factory. There is a tag sewn directly into each
boat cover and bimini top with our toll free # on it should you ever need
to contact us.

The warranty period for Acrylic Sunbrella Boat Covers is:
5 Full Years - beginning from the original date of purchase.
This includes both the fabric AND the cover's construction.
50/50 Poly-Cotton Covers
The warranty period for 50/50 Poly-Cotton Boat Covers is:
3 Full Years - beginning from the original date of purchase.
This includes both the fabric AND the cover's construction.
100% Marine Polyester Covers
The warranty period for 100% Marine Polyester Covers is:
5 Full Years - beginning from the original date of purchase.
This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
100% Cotton Canvas Covers

1 Full Year - beginning from the original date of purchase.

These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
