How much wind can this room handle ?

This Room will withstand winds of up to 55 MPH with unprotected exposure.

Will this room handle a snow load?

The room can handle a snow load of up to 30 lbs (more if used over a spa).

Can I order the screen walls at a later date ?

Yes.

You can order extra walls at any time.

Are larger sizes available ?

Yes.

Sizes other than 8.5' x12' are calculated at $22.06 per sq. ft. of room.

Max room width is 14' wide and is not snow load rated.

How long does it take to install a spa room ?

Our spa rooms are made to be owner installed, and is usually done in 4 to 5 hours.

Are permits needed for this spa room ?

No.

What type of surface can I mount the spa room to ?

You can mount to wood, concrete, pavers, or a wood base.

Is the vinyl really clear ?

Yes, nearly as clear as a pane of glass.

How long does it take to get a spa room delivered ?
