LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

AMERI-BRAND PRODUCTS, INC. warranties this liner to the original purchaser, and to subsequent owners of the pool, against defective workmanship, defective materials or weld separation within the weld itself in accordance with the following schedule of percentages. These percentages are based on the current retail price of the liner at the time a claim is initiated.

This warranty does not apply to color fading, tears, punctures, cuts or damage caused by undue abuse. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper dimensioning of the pool, improper installation, high water table, or damage caused be improper pH. Recommended pH is 7.2 to 7.6. Ultra-Violet (UV) deterioration above the water line or discoloration resulting from improper pH or from microorganisms attacking the material is not a part of this warranty. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement and does not include consequential damage, installation expenses or any freight charges.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is valid only if liner is installed professionally.

This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, either expressed or implied. No terms of this warranty can be changed without the written consent of Ameri-Brand Products, Inc. and no other person is authorized to assume for us any other liability for consequential damage resulting from or out of the use of our products, the entire extent of this warranty being herein expressed.
