Installing Replacement Bimini Fabric

Zippered sleeves make it easier to remove the canvas for cleaning and install the replacement fabric on an existing square-tube pontoon frame.

Installation Steps

Open the canvas zippers and position the fabric around the A-bow, aligning the light cutout with the frame.
Start the zipper on the A-bow sleeve. Bring the fabric edges together a little at a time until the zipper closes fully around the bow.
Move to the B-bow and repeat Step 2.
Move to the two center bows and repeat Step 2.
Center the canvas from side to side and front to back on the frame.

Use the underside view to check that the sleeves are seated evenly and the canvas is centered on the frame.

Confirm the light cutout and sleeve seam are aligned before tightening the canvas.
