Please Note: When comparing warranties on a product that involves assembly by sewing, look closely at what is offered. Some companies will warranty the fabric for a specific period of time and the assembly (or sewing itself) for a much shorter time. There is much less value to the product if the sewing warranty (quality of assembly) doesn't match the fabric warranty. That is why we offer a FULL WARRANTY on all our Boat Covers & Bimini Tops!

Warranties on Workmanship and Materials

The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The bimini top must be properly installed, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.

If there is a defect, Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the bimini top FREE of CHARGE, provided the customer prepays freight to and from the factory.

Our Warranty Options

10 Years

The warranty period for Bimini Tops made with Acrylic Sunbrella® fabric is 10 full years on the labor and fabric. The frame assembly is covered separately for 10 full years. These warranty periods begin on the original purchase date.

7 Years

The warranty period for Bimini Tops made with Sun-DURA® marine polyester fabric is: 7 full years on the labor and fabric. The frame assembly is covered separately for 10 full years. These warranty periods begin on the original purchase date.

4 Years

The warranty period for select Bimini Tops made with Sun-DURA® SPORT fabric is: 4 years limited on the fabric and labor. The frame assembly is covered separately for 10 full years. These warranty periods begin on the original purchase date.

3 Years

Select Bimini Tops made with 6.8 oz. Mossy Oak™ Camouflage marine polyester include a 3 year full warranty on the labor and fabric. The frame assembly is covered separately for 10 full years. These warranty periods begin on the original purchase date.

These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
