Experience has taught us that different shapes of paintball bunkers require different manufacturing equipment and techniques. We use vinyl "welding" on all seams to produce a produce a long-lasting, high quality bunker. All seams "welded" using a dielectric sealing machine. This is also known as "radio frequency welding." This process actually turns 2, 3, or 4, layers of vinyl into one single layer. This type of seam becomes much stronger than the original bunker material itself. This process creates a seam that is somewhat stronger than standard heat sealing and many times stronger than using off the shelf adhesives or glue.
