Measuring For Your Spa Cover
To measure for your new spa cover there will be some things you need. You will need a tape measure and one of the following forms. There are three choices of material when purchasing a new spa cover. Your first choice is a vinyl cover which comes in 13 different colors and is generally the more cost effective cover. Click here to download the Vinyl Spa Cover Order Form.
Your second choice is a Sunbrella cover. This cover comes in 60 different colors and is known for it's long lasting color even in harsh summer sun. Your third choice is a High Point Collection cover which comes in 46 different patterns. These covers are beautiful and fully functional. Measuring your SpaRegardless of the shape your spa, you should measure the Spa from lip to lip, or the outside dimension of the acrylic which is the same as lip to lip. After you have these measurements add 1" to both the length and the width. This will give you a 1/2" of play all around your new spa cover.

Corner RadiusMeasure from the beginning of the curve to the intersection of the other side. TIP: A carpenters square works well or place a piece of cardboard over the corner then mark & measure.  |
