| Answer: | This Room will withstand winds of up to 50 MPH with unprotected exposure. |

| Question: | Will this room handle a snow load? |
| Answer: | The room can handle a snow load of up to 30 lbs (when spa is heated and cover is open). |

| Question: | Are larger sizes available? |
| Answer: | Yes. Other sizes are available. Give us a call and we can discuss. |

| Question: | How long does it take to install a spa room? |
| Answer: | Our spa rooms are made to be owner installed, and is usually done in 6 to 8 hours. |

| Question: | Are permits needed for this spa room? |
| Answer: | No. Not that we are aware of. They are considered a temporary structure. |
| |

| Question: | What type of surface can I mount the spa room to? |
| Answer: | Concrete or wood. If Wood is used, there are steps that must be taken to avoid air loss. |

| Question: | Is the vinyl really clear? |
| Answer: | Yes, nearly as clear as a pane of glass. |
