Above-Ground Pool Liner FAQ
Find answers about liner types, bead styles, wall height, expandable liners, and unlisted pool sizes.
What is the difference between an overlap and a beaded liner?
An overlap liner drapes over the top of the pool wall and is secured there. A beaded liner locks into a track. Compare the diagrams in overlap versus beaded liners before selecting your replacement.
Are all liner beads interchangeable?
No. Match the liner bead to the track used by your pool. Our bead-style guide shows the profiles we describe, including standard and specialty attachments.
How do I determine the correct wall height?
Measure your pool wall and check the requirements for its attachment type. Beaded and overlap liners have different fit requirements; use the wall-height guide before ordering.
Do I need an expandable liner?
Expandable liners are intended for suitable pools with a deeper, dug-out area. Review the expandable liner guide and match the liner to the pool configuration instead of selecting only by the outside pool dimensions.
What if my pool size is not listed?
See difficult and custom sizes. Have the pool dimensions, wall height, and attachment details ready when you contact us about an unlisted size.
Where do I find patterns, prices, and warranty information?
Start with liner patterns or above-ground liner pricing. Review the installation instructions and liner warranty before installation.
