Method 1: Existing Brass Anchors Confirm the brass anchors are usable and spaced close enough for the dome perimeter. Run the tie-down line from the brass anchor to the PVC insert in the vinyl sleeve. Tighten the line so the water tube stays in place without distorting the sleeve.
Method 2: Eyebolts and Concrete Anchors Set concrete anchors around the court perimeter where tie-down points are needed. Install eyebolts in those anchors. Connect each eyebolt to the PVC insert in the sleeve and tighten the line evenly.
Method 3: Stakes Use stakes only where the site allows a secure stake point outside the dome perimeter. Set the stakes so the tie-down line pulls against the PVC insert, not directly against the vinyl. Check the perimeter after tensioning so the water tube still follows the court footprint.
