AMERI-BRAND PRODUCTS, INC. warranties this liner to the original purchaser, and to subsequent owners of the pool, against defective workmanship, defective materials, or weld separation within the weld itself in accordance with the schedule below.

What this warranty does not cover

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement. It does not include consequential damage, installation expenses, or freight charges.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

  • Keep pool water balanced. Recommended pH is 7.2 to 7.6.
  • Use accurate pool dimensions before the liner is made.
  • Have the liner installed professionally for warranty validity.
  • Document suspected defects with clear photos when possible.

Ameri-Brand Products, Inc. must provide written consent before any terms of this warranty can be changed. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, either expressed or implied. No other person is authorized to assume liability for consequential damage resulting from or out of the use of our products.
