Why settle for anything less?

We warrant our new Safety Mesh Swimming Pool Covers, Commercial Safety Covers, and Deck-Anchored Copy Covers to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If, upon our inspection, a damaged cover falls within our warranty criteria, we will repair or replace, AT NO CHARGE, if the defect occurs during the first 3 years and the original purchaser resides at the address for which the cover was fabricated.

All repairs and replacements are F.O.B. Ameri-Brand Products’ plant and Ameri-Brand Products shall not be responsible for any freight charges, installation, service or labor charges.

30 Year Limited Proration Schedule

After the full warranty period, the purchaser pays the percentage shown below for repairs or a duplicate cover. The percentage is based on the then-current manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).

4 to 7 years 50%
8 to 13 years 70%
14 to 30 years 90%

Duplicate covers include a 10% handling, strap mapping, and disposal charge.

Additional Warranty Details

  • Coverage is determined based on the factory ship date.
  • The warranty is void if a rectangular cover has been used on a non-rectangular pool.
  • The warranty is void if the cover has been damaged due to improper installation.
  • The warranty is void if the cover has been subject to misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse, accident, or if the water level of the pool falls below 18 inches from the top of the pool during the snow season.
  • Warrantied covers must not be installed with more than 10% of anchor positions as lawn stakes and no more than 30% as short springs. Areas without straps, using cable systems or specialty straps must not exceed 10% of the cover.
  • This warranty does not apply to covers with bungee style straps.

We warrant that our Automatic Copy Covers & Bungee-Style Copy Covers, and Solid Vinyl Safety Covers are free from defects in material and workmanship.
