- Send the spa’s outside length, width and height, plus the full length and width of the area you want covered. Include any steps or cover-lifting equipment.
- Walkways & Entry
- Tell us how much walking space you want around the spa, any space for seating, and where you would like the entrance. Mention nearby doors or equipment that need access.
- Terrain & Site Features
- Describe the deck or pad and any slopes, changes in level, steps, railings or nearby structures. A few site photos help us see what the room needs to accommodate.
- Colors & Equipment
- Include your roof and trim color preferences and whether you want the optional heater/dehumidifier. Tell us your climate and planned season of use. Review the room options.
- Delivery & Access
- Provide the delivery address and ZIP code, whether it’s a home or business, and any gates or narrow drives that may affect access. See shipping details.
- Preferred Timing
- Tell us when you would like the room to arrive and when the spa and mounting surface will be ready. Allow for the current production estimate and freight transit.
