Water Tube Anchoring is the best choice if you want to avoid drilling extra holes in your patio or pool deck and don’t mind higher maintenance of your dome anchor upkeep.

The Ameri-Dome is anchored by a water-filled tube that fits inside a reinforced heavy gauge vinyl sleeve.

The tube is filled with water and, in colder climates, propylene glycol anti-freeze.

Maintenance for owning a water tube anchor includes refilling the tube with water and propylene glycol anti-freeze when needed. Every few years the anchor should be checked for thin spots as the tubes may rub against the pool deck. Left unchecked, these thin spots could lead to leaks.

The water tube method is not recommended for areas of severe wind.
